Miserable Muslims

I watch on YouTube these flash mob performers from around the world: Russia, the U.S., Ireland, Italy, Greece, etc.  And I see happy smiling people – humans really enjoying life and one another.  Why no Arab flash mobs?  Why no Muslim flash mobs?  In fact in a couple of the flash mob videos I have seen what obviously were Muslim women (shown to be such by their garb) in the background with a look of consternation and/ or frowns on their faces as they witnessed these people happily singing and dancing.  They probably wished they  had a stick of dynamite they could light and hold in their teeth till it exploded and killed them and everybody around them – even fellow Muslims!!!

And why no Muslim hymn books filled with songs of joy and gladness?  I’ll tell you why: Satan’s religion doesn’t lend itself to joy and singing.

I do not believe all Muslims are demon possessed.  I believe ALL are demonically deceived, but those who kill themselves while killing as many others as possible, yes, including fellow Muslims, are definitely demonically possessed.  I believe we will yet learn that the Maylasian airliner was brought down by a couple of suicidal/killer Muslims.  If you have watched enough of these Islamic clerics, you have heard them forthrightly say that the difference between the Muslim and the non-Muslim is that the Muslim wants desperately to die whereas other human beings want to live.  Now stop and think about that as a mindset.  Those who think Islam is a religion of peace are about as deeply deceived as the human mind can get.

The generation that lived through the first world war, the generation that lived through the second world war, the generation that passed through the last half of the 20th Century, brother, they don’t have an inkling of how bad it can get when humans are swayed in their thinking by Satan and his cohorts.  We ain’t seen nothing yet.  We have only seen the very tip of the iceberg of insanity that is about to rise up out of the sea of humanity and thrust itself against the ships of nations carrying earth’s present-day inhabitants.  God have mercy on those who are not totally and continually submitted to the Lordship and leading of Jesus Christ.  To say they are in for a rough ride is putting it mildly.  They are in for a ride through hell.  Scripture prophecy MUST BE FULFILLED.  The 12th verse of the 12th chapter of Revelation has already begun to be fulfilled or is soon to be fulfilled.  The next few years will tell.  Oh, what does that verse say?  “Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them.  Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and of the sea for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has but a short time.”

Sharing The Truths of God With Others

One tempted or eager to share the things of God, spiritual truths and revelations, with others, especially family members,  must ever keep in mind some very startling statements made by Jesus Christ early on in His earthly ministry.  In John, Chapter 6, we read these statements of Jesus Christ: “No man CAN come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him” (verse 44).  And, again, “No man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of (or “by”) my Father” (verse 65).  The apostle Paul expands on this truth in I Corinthians, Chapter 1: “For ye see your calling (to accept and embrace spiritual truth), brethren, how that NOT MANY wise men after the flesh (most of humanity are wise concerning the things of the flesh), not many mighty, not many noble (royalty, wealthy persons, etc.), are called (having the Spirit open their minds and convict them of sin and show them a Savior in Jesus Christ).” (verse 26).

There are THREE CATEGORIES of human beings: 1) the saved, or redeemed, 2) the lost, or Christ-rejectors, and 3) THE UNCALLED – those who are not saved or lost.  (They are “lost” only in the sense they are not yet saved).  Most of humanity falls into category Number Three.  They are not saved, in that they have not submitted themselves to the Lordship of Jesus Christ, but neither are they lost in that they have not knowingly, wittingly, consciously rejected Jesus Christ.  They are the uncalled.  Their time of entering the family and kingdom of God is future AFTER Christ returns and sets up His kingdom, binds Satan whereby Satan is unable to deceive humanity any longer and then resurrects to temporary chemical, physical existence all those not previously drawn by God and are THEN given the opportunity to be granted eternal life.  Those being called today, in this age – the time period that is commonly called the “church age” – are also called “the elect” in scripture.  And scripture reveals that these elect ones were chosen by God before the foundation of the world to be called in this present age into a relationship with Him through His Son Jesus Christ.  Of us, we elect ones called of God in this age, God is making kings and priests to rule and serve Him in the age to come when all the dead, the UNcalled ones, will be resurrected and will hear the truth unimpeded by Satan’s deceptions.  They then will have the opportunity to be saved, an opportunity the overwhelming majority do not have today, nor have they had such an opportunity in any previous time period.  Of we elect ones Jesus said, “It is given unto you to KNOW the mysteries of the kingdom of God, but to them (the overwhelming majority of mankind) IT IS NOT GIVEN” (See Matthew 13:11).  That is why it is impossible to enlighten the uncalled to the truth.  Only God can give such enlightenment.  One discerns they are interacting with one of the elect when that person shows great interest in spiritual matters and is able to readily accept spiritual truth.  Remember, Jesus said, “My sheep hear my voice and they follow me” (See John 10:1-16).  When one is not listening to or receiving spiritual truth they are saying quite clearly, “I am not one of the sheep.”  It is then futile to attempt to convince such a person to listen to and accept spiritual truth.  You might as well try to teach your cat or parakeet the English alphabet.  Their minds just will not compute.

Why So Much Sickness and Death?

Why are so many men and women sickly and dying all around me?  Since moving into this apartment complex several men and women have died, at least a couple of them much younger than myself.  In fact, I’m the one who found one of them dead on his bed some years ago.  I don’t believe any of those who have died were atheists, or Buddhists, or Muslims.  They were all professing Christians to my knowledge.  Yes, of course, professing Christians die, too.  I am aware of that.  It is appointed unto all born flesh that we must eventually die, yes, EVENTUALLY DIE!!  But why are so many dying having never achieved their “threescore and ten” years?  (See Psalm 90:10).  Jesus said, “WHATSOEVER ye shall ask the Father IN MY NAME (that is by His authority) He WILL give it to you” (See John 16:23).  Have none of these people never asked God to prolong their lives, to heal them of their various illnesses and diseases that eventually, and all too soon, claimed their lives?

Maybe we need to look a bit closer at a caveat, a stipulation, A CONDITION, our Lord placed on His promise to hear and answer our prayers: “Ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain THAT WHATSOEVER YE SHALL ASK OF THE FATHER IN MY NAME, HE MAY GIVE IT YOU” (See John 15:16).  Jesus truthfully proclaimed, “If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, YE SHALL ASK WHAT YE WILL, AND IT SHALL BE DONE UNTO YOU” (See John 15:7).  That’s a promise from one who cannot, will not lie.  Ask to be healed?  Yes, “ask what ye will.”  But you must ABIDE in Him.  If and when you slip and fall, drift off course, give in to some downward pull of the flesh, all you need do is repent, turn back to the way of righteous conduct, and God will hear and answer your prayers, or, like a neighbor of mine said to me quite some time ago, “the Bible isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on.”  I’m here to tell you it is and urge you to trust and obey and then sit back and watch the Mighty Prince of Glory do His work in YOUR life.  Amen!

Robbing God of His Glory!

Consider this: When God moves in supernatural power, even though it be from behind the scenes, and heals one of His faithful sons or daughters of some dread affliction, and one then doubts or flatly does not believe that God has so moved they then rob God of His glory.  They impugn the name of the Most High,  and foster unbelief in God’s Word, for God, in and through His Word has assured His faithful ones that He will indeed heal them of ALL their diseases!  We walk on exceedingly shakey ground with our Creator.

Scripture reveals time and time again that His children can anger Him.  One need read only the first four or five chapters of Isaiah to learn that this is so.  And when God is angered He will reveal His anger in ways you don’t want to see or experience.  I know.  I have angered God more than once and learned what it is like to fall under His heavy hand of judgment – judgment that lasted for several decades!  An angered God told His ancient sons and daughters, “I will curse your blessings.”  He warned them, “Prepare to meet thy God.”  God will reverse one’s fortunes and warns “that which I have given you I will take away.”  Upset the chief of police in your city.  Cause the President of the United States to be disgusted with you.  But, take it from one who knows intimately well what he is talking about: Do not anger God.

There was a man in an apartment complex where I lived who bent over backwards trying to get other residents to doubt God had moved in my life in any manner to heal me.  And he angered God.  The sicknesses that were on me He placed on that man.  And if you doubt God works in that manner, you need read only the 5th chapter of 2 Kings wherein God’s prophet Elisha tells his servant Gehazi, ” the leprosy of Naaman shall cling to you and your descendants forever” (verse 27).  He removed leprosy from one man only to put it on another.  Those who do not study the Word of God intimately well can often be surprised by what God can and will do, both in a positive sense and in a negative manner.  I have seen God work this way more than once.  To some, God is remote, distant, ethereal, a belief.  To me, God is more real than the computer monitor at which I now gaze and is getting more real with each passing day.  God help us all to understand.
